All Weather Group (AWG) has acquired Westeck Windows and Doors, a manufacturer of doors and windows for commercial and residential markets. This is the first acquisition for the newly formed AWG, which aims to expand its footprint in British Columbia, officials said. It also represents AWG’s initial entry into the United States.

Westeck was formed 20 years ago. Headquartered in Chilliwack, British Columbia, the company now employs more than 200 people across offices in the Pacific Northwest.
AWG is one of Canada’s largest privately owned and operated door, window and glass manufacturers. The company was founded in 1978 in Edmonton, Alberta. Originally known as All Weather Windows, AWG operates as a group of companies known as All Weather Windows & All Weather Commercial + Glass.
AWG officials say Westeck will continue to operate independently, maintaining its brand identities.
