ProVia announced it will purchase two properties in Dalton, Ohio. A primary building, located at 630 Henry St., features approximately 303,000 sq. ft. of retail and manufacturing space on 24.5 acres, with high visibility from U.S. Route 30. A second 4-acre property is 1.3 miles away, including a 22,500 sq. ft. warehouse.
Company officials said they plan to utilize the new properties for manufacturing as part of ongoing expansion efforts to align with growth. The main building will be renovated as necessary to prepare for future production needs, they added.
The transaction will not include business operations for P. Graham Dunn, which has been operating under a lease agreement on the premises. An adjacent Silver Linden Park and Playground property is also excluded from the purchase.
Dalton properties represent the first footprint for ProVia in Wayne County, Ohio. Company officials said they chose the location for its supportive business climate and local workforce. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply for available positions at provia.com/careers, or to submit a resume for consideration. Job applications can also be submitted in-person at any ProVia location.
