Vince Eslick, vice president of sales for AmesburyTruth, has announced his retirement. Eslick spent more than 27 years in the fenestration industry, with the majority of that time in sales leadership roles. Company officials say his “unparalleled knowledge” and an “amicable, forthright, and steadfast” style has earned him a trusted status within AmesburyTruth and throughout the industry.

“Vince has been instrumental in our company’s success, and his impact will be felt for years to come. We are grateful for his contributions and confident in the future as we promote Phillip Cooke to lead our sales team,” said Bob Burns, president of AmesburyTruth.

To fill Eslick’s spot, the company is promoting Phillip Cooke to the executive leadership team as vice president of sales. Cooke has been with AmesburyTruth since 2015 and has served in various progressive roles including channel management and product director for seals and extrusions. Cooke earned his bachelor’s degree from Christopher Newport University and is expecting to finish his MBA from Clemson University this summer. Company officials say his understanding of the company and its operations will bring valuable insights and strategies to the sales department.

“We are thrilled to welcome Phillip to our executive team. His history with AmesburyTruth will bring a comprehensive business perspective to this role and we look forward to his leadership in the organization,” said Burns.
