The PPI for metal windows flat-lined from February and dropped 0.5% over the March 2023 report. Prices for metal doors and frames also clocked no change from February to March, but marks the first increase over last year where door and window manufacturing material prices are concerned, showing a change of 1.7%. Prices for wood window units followed suit, remaining stable from the previous month, while showing an increase of 3.6% on a year-over-year basis.
