Cyncly, a global provider of software and content solutions, has announced the appointment of Weronika Niemczyk-Savage as chief people and culture officer (CPCO). In this role, Niemczyk-Savage leads programs to acquire, develop, and retain top talent to enable Cyncly’s sustained growth.

With more than 15 years of experience in human resources, Niemczyk-Savage has a strong track record of driving organizational transformation, talent management, and positive employee experience, officials said. She joins Cyncly to support the company’s strategy to transform how spaces for living are imagined, designed, sold, managed, and made.
