Roto North America welcomed Renee Coma to its customer service team. Coma’s prior experience with SAP gives her an edge in assisting customers with quick and thorough information, company officials say, as her technical background lends itself to a role in customer service.

Coma’s role will include working closely with the company’s customers to provide support in the areas of ordering, lead times, product availability and shipping details, they add. She will also be responsible for the processing of credit applications and contributing to new customer set ups.

“Renee will be a strong addition to our team. Her communication and problem-solving skills will be a valuable addition to our wonderful customer service team,” her supervisor, Sandra Mahan, says.
