REHAU Names New VP for Window Solutions in Americas

Xavier LeBlanc joined REHAU as its new vice president of window solutions for the Americas region. Reporting directly to the CEO of REHAU Americas, Thomas Troeger, he leads the business division of the company’s door, window and hardware product lines.

LeBlanc has worked in the building materials manufacturing industry for 20 years, most recently as director of strategy and business development for CertainTeed. He earned his M.B.A. from the Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University and holds a master’s degree in marketing from Science-Po University in France.

Functional Fenestration Names New President

Kathleen Howlett was named president of Functional Fenestration Inc. (FFI). Howlett has been with FFI more than 21 years, previously
serving as vice president of the company and in other leadership roles.

Jim Roberts, FFI’s retiring president, now serves as vice chairperson of the FFI board of directors and continues as president of sister company Automated Fenestration Inc. (AFI).

Jeld-Wen Hires VP of Sustainability and Social Governance

Farsad Fotouhi joined Jeld-Wen as its new vice president of sustainability and social governance. Fotouhi, who has more than 25 years of leadership experience in global health, safety, environment, and sustainability for multinational companies and government agencies, is now responsible for Jeld-Wen’s environmental, social and governance function (ESG) global. He most recently served as global head of environmental, safety and sustainability at Siemens Healthineers, where he oversaw and advised management on improvements to environmental performance and reducing risk across the global organization. Prior to Siemens Healthineers, he was director of global energy and sustainability at Danaher and vice president of global health, safety and environmental at Pall Corp.

Andersen Promotes Galvin to President and COO

Andersen Corp. promoted Chris Galvin to the role of president and chief operating officer, making him the company’s eleventh president in its 118-year history.

Over the course of nearly 20 years with Andersen, Galvin has held leadership roles in corporate finance, manufacturing, logistics and supply chain operations. Currently, he is president of the Andersen division, serving the new residential, home improvement and light commercial market segments. In this role, he is also responsible for research, development and innovation (RD&I), as well as information technology.

Troy Barrow, president of Renewal by Andersen, and Annie Zipfel, senior vice president and chief marketing officer, report to Galvin.

Quanex Names Garcia Chief Human Resources Officer

Quanex promoted Kim Garcia to the position of vice president, chief human resources officer. Garcia brings more than 20 years of
human resources experience to the role. Officials say her appointment reflects the company’s focus on its employees as key stakeholders for the organization.

As chief human resources officer, Garcia will continue to oversee global human resources and payroll activities for the company. Her responsibilities will also include driving recruitment and retainment efforts across international operations.

Christine Marvin Named Chief Marketing and Experience Officer

Christine Marvin, formerly vice president of strategy and design at Marvin, was appointed chief marketing and experience officer. A fourth-generation family member and longtime employee of the family-owned company, Marvin has worked and held leadership roles in sales, brand strategy, marketing communications and product management, as well as in the Marvin Design Lab since 2006. She is first to fill the newly created position.
