Matt Butzier

Building material distribution and door fabrication company Palmer-Donavin has announced that Matt Butzier has been promoted to chief operating officer (COO), and assumed the newly created corporate role on August 1, 2020.

Butzier reports directly to CEO Robyn Pollina and is responsible for sales and operations for both the building material division and door division. He has 22 years of experience in sales, purchasing, management, and most recently as vice president/general manager of the building materials division.

Robyn’s appointment of Matt as Chief Operating Officer, aligns two of our senior leaders’ skillsets that truly complement each other. This position alignment reinforces the Palmer-Donavin brand and the unity we find with both divisions. We can leverage our resources to emerge much stronger in the markets we serve. I applaud Robyn’s appointment of Matt as one of her first initiatives to build her team and congratulate Matt for a well-deserved promotion and opportunity,” said Ron Calhoun, Palmer-Donavin  board member and immediate past CEO.

Matt and I will be working closely with the executive team to build the right structure for our future success. We are committed to leading Palmer-Donavin with an effective team and increasing shareholder value for years to come,” Pollina added.
