Phantom Screens announced this week an expansion of its leadership team, including the recruitment of two chief executives. Ralph Berzins now serves as the company’s a chief financial officer (CFO), while Rod Terry assumes the role of chief revenue officer (CRO). Both are expected to help drive business growth in 2019, company officials suggest.

Terry, who previously served as president of Creekside Customer Foods and president and CEO for Larosa Fine Foods Inc., brings with him, “vast experience in executive management,” officials suggest.

Meanwhile, Berzins, officials say, brings, “extensive experience driving business results for national organizations.” Prior to joining Phantom Screens, Berzins held positions as vice president (VP) of finance for Serta Simmons Bedding Canada and VP of financial integration for OfficeMax, which is based in Chicago.

“I am thrilled to expand our executive team with the addition of Rod and Ralph,” comments Esther de Wolde, CEO of Phantom Screens. “With their respective experiences and seasoned approach to growing and scaling notable brand companies, I am excited to work with them and the rest of the Phantom team to take our products to new markets and continue to deliver exceptional service to our current customers.”

Company officials say they join amidwhat they’re labeling as significant growth over the past few years, including the expansion of its manufacturing warehouse and the addition of 30 employees.
