Roto North America recently received the “2018 Customer Value Champion” award. The award, which is given by parent company Roto Frank AG, was presented by Dr. Eckhard Keill, Roto Frank’s global CEO, at a Roto Group Leadership Conference held in Lisbon, Portugal.

“We are honored and pleased to receive this award, which recognizes our long-term efforts in providing high product quality and high service quality,” says Chris Dimou, president, The Americas. “We work closely with our customers to understand their purchasing criteria and serve them accordingly. I’m proud to accept the award on behalf of everyone on the Roto North America Team.”

Company officials say the Customer Value Champion award measures the long-term performance and development of a company in the marketplace, based on an independently performed customer value analysis. This marks the fourth time that Roto North America has received such commendation in the last six years, officials report.
