University of Wisconsin athletic director Barry Alvarez, who helped turn around the school’s football fortunes as head coach from 1990 to 2005, will be the keynote speaker for WTS Paradigm’s annual conference, scheduled for September 24-27 in Madison, Wisc.

Alvarez will kick off the festivities on Tuesday, September 25. The longtime director of athletics at the University of Wisconsin will share some of his insights and stories as outlined in Don’t Flinch – Barry Alvarez: The Autobiography, including his formula for leadership and building teams that win. Alvarez has helped lead the University of Wisconsin to 14 team national titles and 61 conference regular-season or tournament crowns since he took over. His well-documented turnaround of the Badger football program helped the school’s entire athletic department to blossom into one of the nation’s finest and most respected organizations in college sports.
