The Moulding and Millwork Producers Association (MMPA) will host its Fall Tech Ed and Plant Tours September 23-26 in the Greensboro, N.C., region.

“This fall, the MMPA will offer hands-on machinery demonstrations ranging from moulders to sanding equipment at the Stiles Machinery showroom facility in High Point, N.C.,” said Kellie A. Schroeder, the CEO of MMPA. “There will be two full days of education focused on plant operations and new technology. On the third day of the program, the attendees will have an opportunity to tour various plants in the area, one of which is Mannington Floors. The MMPA Fall Tech Ed program is the gathering event for the plant operations personnel.”

The festivities get underway on September 23 with a golf outing at Rock Barn Country Club & Spa. On September 24 and 25, attendees will get equipment demonstrations at Stiles Machinery interspersed with technical sessions led by industry experts. Late afternoon receptions will follow on both days.

On September 26, plant tours will be held in and around High Point, N.C.

Once again this year, the task leader is Bob Goin of Axalta Coatings.
