ODL Inc. has been certified as a great workplace by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work. ODL earned this credential based on direct feedback from its employees in anonymous surveys about the workplace experience.

“ODL is thrilled to receive this recognition, as we strive to provide our employees with a positive and safe, yet challenging work environment,” said Tysha Gill, ODL vice president of human resources. “It was great to see survey results that conveyed a sense of pride, trust and satisfaction among employees.”

“Our employees are instrumental in allowing us to deliver on our brand promise: Building Value Into Building Products,” said Jeff Mulder, ODL president and CEO. “That promise would be impossible to maintain without the dedicated work and loyalty of our employees. We’ll continue to strive for the great place to work status into the future.”

“We applaud ODL for seeking certification and releasing its employees’ feedback,” said Kim Peters, executive vice president of Great Place to Work’s certification program. “These ratings measure its capacity to earn its own employees’ trust and create a great workplace – critical metrics that anyone considering working for or doing business with ODL should take into account as an indicator of high performance.”

“According to our study, 73 percent of ODL employees say it is a great workplace,” said Sarah Lewis-Kulin, vice president of Great Place to Work certification and list production.
