Revival Sash has received an investment led by Kazazian Asset Management LLC, a New York-based investment firm, and Duck Pond LLC.  Pleotint, the parent company of Thompson I.G and Revival Sash’s previous investor, will retain a minority investment partnership going forward.

Headquartered in New York with a manufacturing facility in Springfield, N.J., Revival Sash provides custom design and manufacturing of doors and windows for high-end contractors and architects.

“We couldn’t be more excited about this next phase of growth and innovation for our business,” said Peter Manning, founding partner of Revival Sash. “This partnership will allow us to accelerate our mission to provide the best possible American craftsmanship for our customers. We help architects and contractors solve challenges, and deliver world-class windows and doors to the most exclusive addresses in the world.”

“Revival Sash has positioned itself as a leader in the luxury windows market,” said Kirk Kazazian, founder and portfolio manager of Kazazian Asset Management. “We are looking forward to partnering with the team as they scale their business.”

“We are pleased to support Revival’s substantial capital investment in smart manufacturing technology to support its custom American woodworking,” said Jason Eiswerth, managing member of Duck Pond.
