Tony Pauly, Ventana USA’s vice president and general manager, retired on December 31, 2017, after more than 20 years with the company.

He joined Ventana USA as a partner in 1996. During his tenure, he managed the expansion of Ventana’s capacity and product offerings with revenue growth exceeding 300 percent.

Michael Pauly will become the new vice president of sales and operations. Pauly holds a degree in economics from West Virginia University and an MBA from Seton Hill University. He has spent the past 13 years in various positions throughout Ventana.

Ann Pauly, Ventana USA’s CFO and HR sdministrator, will retire January 31, 2018, after 30 years with the company.  She has been with Ventana since its inception in 1987 and was instrumental in its growth.

Ventana also announced that Christopher Pauly will become the new vice president of finance and administration. He holds an accounting degree from West Virginia University and joins Ventana after six years in the auditing profession and six years as CFO of M&J Management in Pittsburgh.
