The Marvin Companies have appointed Krischelle Tennessen tothe newly created position of chief human resources officer. In her new role, Tennessen is responsible for driving the company’s long-term human resources vision and strategy.

“Krischelle is an outstanding addition to our human resources team as we build upon The Marvin Companies’ rich legacy, organizational capability, proud culture and community commitment,” said Paul Marvin. “I look forward to collaborating with her to ensure successful implementation of our business strategy, as well as employee engagement and empowerment initiatives. We’re also pleased to welcome Krischelle and her husband, Scott, to the Warroad community.”

Most recently, Tennessen was senior vice president of grow people/human resources at Krause Holdings Inc., a West Des Moines, Iowa-based company with a large, diversified portfolio including the privately held, company-operated convenience store chain Kum & Go, as well as fuel and logistics company Solar Transport. She previously held senior human resources positions with Walmart in Bentonville, Ark., and both human resources and operations roles with Target in Minneapolis.
