Window World of Tidewater in Virginia Beach has been named Window World’s 2016 Store of the Year in the large-market category. According to the parent company, the local business stood out for its integrity, superior customer service and its philanthropic activities.

Store owners Josh and Dave Reed say these accomplishments are a direct result of the customer service provided every step of the way.

“A home is one of the largest investments a consumer can make,” said Dave Reed, Window World of Tidewater co-owner. “We pride ourselves on providing outstanding service making the exterior remodeling process easier.”

Reed makes giving back a priority, too. The organization sponsored two local Veterans Airlift Command (VAC) missions and contributed $25,000 to The Stinger, Window World’s IndyCar, which was auctioned off in May, with all the money raised going to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The company also sponsored the Virginia Beach Patriotic Festival to honor our military and donated to ForKids Good Mojo in Norfolk.

Window World, headquartered in North Wilkesboro, N.C., is America’s largest replacement window and exterior remodeling company, with more than 200 locally owned offices nationwide. Founded in 1995, the company sells and installs windows, siding, doors and other exterior products, with a total of over 11 million windows sold to date.
