Saint-Gobain ADFORS — a manufacturer and supplier of insect screen fabric used by both DIY and professional customers – has launched a new smartphone app, Scene Weaver. It’s aimed at educating consumers on the various types of  insect screen available.

The ADFORS Scene Weaver app allows you to see what different kinds of screen will look like once installed. Among the screen options available from Saint-Gobain ADFORS are:

• Pollen Guard – blocks up to 50 percent of harmful allergens from entering the home, according to the company;
• Extra Strength – 40 percent stronger than standard screen and ideal for high traffic areas in the home;
• Pet Resistant – an ultra-strong polyester screen that resists tears from household pets;
• Clear Advantage – a unique construction gives the illusion that there is no screen present, providing near perfect outward views;
• Small Insect – a tight mesh fabric keeps tiny insects like no-see-ums, gnats and sand flies out, and;
• Doorway Alert – a unique striped pattern screen that when installed in doors eliminates the risk of accidental walk-throughs.

The free app is now available on the Apple and Google Play stores.
