Door and window maker Jeld-Wen Holding has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered, the price range for the proposed offering and the exchange on which shares of the company’s common stock will be listed have not yet been determined.

Barclays, Citigroup, Credit Suisse and JP Morgan are acting as joint book-running managers in the proposed offering.

The offering will be made only by means of a prospectus. When available, a copy of the preliminary prospectus related to the offering may be obtained by contacting one of the book-running managers.
