Western Window Systems has promoted Ty Cranford to architectural director.

“Architects love Ty because he is a master at helping them understand the nearly unlimited design capabilities our products afford them,” said Western Window Systems president and CEO Scott Gates in a press release. “Ty cares deeply about helping architects enhance their designs and solve problems for their clients.”

In his new role, Cranford will be a liaison to architects andlead the development of new relationships with the architectural community, focusing initially on the California market before building a team to help grow the Western Window Systems brand across the region and the country.

“Ty will work hand in hand with architects to educate and inspire them to recognize Western Window Systems as the best manufacturer for modern design choices,” says Gates.

Cranford, a Western Window Systems employee for nearly ten years, previously held the position of business development manager, a role in which he cultivated new markets and attracted architects and builders to the Western Window Systems brand. Cranford has been instrumental in the recent success of Western Window Systems, which the company says has experienced 236-percent sales growth over the past three years.
