Windsor Windows & Doors is the newest member of the Window and Door Manufacturers Association (WDMA).

Windsor Windows & Doors’ corporate headquarters is located in West Des Moines, Iowa. It features a 340,000-square-foot manufacturing plant. Windsor operates a second 200,000-square-foot production facility in Monroe, N.C.

Windsor began as a small wood window manufacturer in Des Moines, Iowa, in 1946. It remained a regional manufacturer until it was purchased by Woodgrain Millwork in 1987.

Since joining Woodgrain, Windsor has streamlined its manufacturing processes, invested in equipment and expanded its product offerings. The company now manufactures four distinct lines: Pinnacle (wood windows & patio doors), Next Dimension (vinyl windows & patio doors), Legend (cellular PVC windows), and Ashworth (patio and entry doors). This spring, it will introduce their Revive line of pocket windows designed specifically for remodeling applications.

“WDMA is a highly respected organization and we are very proud to join their association,” said Bill Tindell, Windsor’s director of marketing and product development. “The WDMA seal will exemplify Windsor’s dedication to quality materials, superior craftsmanship and attention to detail.”
