Masco Corp., the parent company of Milgard Windows, reported net sales and adjusted operating profit growth in the fourth quarter of 2015. Adjusted operating profit margin rose to 12.8 percent for the period.

Sales for the fourth quarter increased 3 percent to $1.7 billion. The company reported a profit of $355 million, or $1.02 per share, for 2015. Revenue for the year was $7.14 billion.

The company reports profits of 22 cents per share. The results topped Wall Street expectations. The average estimate of nine analysts surveyed by Zacks Investment Research was for earnings of 26 cents per share.

The maker of a wide range of building products posted revenue of $1.72 billion in the period, also beating Wall Street forecasts.
