They must remain curious about the customer and their business.  They must be a good listener who is honest, respectful and fair.  They must be creative, resourceful and generous.  They must show regret when a mistake is made.  And they must always be truly grateful for the customer’s business.

Simply put, the sales representative must constantly practice good behavior to earn the loyalty of a customer:
