Mark J. Erceg, Masonite International Corporation’s executive vice president and chief financial officer, will leave the company on May 18 for a similar position with Canadian Pacific Railway.

“I am proud of the work done over the past five years to strengthen Masonite operationally and financially, and I believe Masonite is well positioned for the future,” Erceg said in a statement. “I remain excited about the direction of the company, and wish the entire Masonite team all the best.”

Erceg came to Masonite in June 2010 from Procter & Gamble Company, where he served as vice president and general manager of global investor relations.

“It’s been a pleasure to watch Mark grow and develop as both a leader and CFO over the last five years,” said Masonite president and CEO Fred Lynch in a statement. “We appreciate all he has done to support Masonite’s growth and wish him great success as he progresses in his career.”
