In a statement released today, Lisec announced the company will reduce its management from a six person team down to four.

“As of the 1st November, the management at the LiSEC Group will be reduced from six to four people. In addition to Othmar Sailer (CEO), Peter Holzinger (chief sales officer), Anton Walser (chief technical officer), and Werner Mihatsch (chief financial officer) will direct the company,” the statement says.

Salier projects the move will take some getting used to, but will be ultimately beneficial for the company.

“We are now focusing on aspects at management level and reducing the size of the team. On the one hand, this will enable us to increase flexibility, and on the other, the management team will be adjusted to the size of the company,” he says.

Holzinger has been at Lisec since 1998 and involved in sales at the top management level since 2011.

As chief technical officer, Walser will be responsible for areas of innovation, product management and development within the management team, according to a press release.

Mihatsch has been the chief financial officer since 2013.

The two management team members completing their terms are Dr. Markus Schoisswohl, who has been and will remain responsible for the automation/software branch of Lisec and Dragan Radovanovic, who is no longer with the company.
