Soft-Lite Windows recently announced the appointment of a new chief financial officer, controller, director of credit and collections, and measure and install manager.

Kyle Pozek has been promoted to the position of chief financial officer. He has been with Soft-Lite for almost three years. Prior to joining Soft-Lite, Kyle worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Jamie Summers was hired as Soft-Lite’s new controller. She previously worked as a senior associate in the private company services audit practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

John Bartlebaugh will now serve a director of credit and collections. Bartlebaugh has worked as credit supervisor at Soft-Lite for the past two years. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the credit and collections field, much of that focusing on the door and window r industry. Bartlebaugh will replace Ken Graves, who recently retired, after serving as Soft-Lite’s director of credit for more than 11 years.

Cory Rovnak also joined the Soft-Lite team as the Baltimore-area measure and install department manager. She comes to Soft-Lite with more than five years of experience in the home remodeling industry.
