The Window and Door Manufacturers Association (WDMA) announced Dan Johnson, director of regional operations of the St. Paul, Minn., laboratory of Architectural Testing, Inc. (ATI)/Intertek, as a speaker at its annual technical conference.

Johnson has more than 20 years of experience in fenestration testing and has provided testing and consultation services for product evaluation including forensic water leakage investigation, condensation, heat loss, sound transmittance, air leakage, product certification, impact testing, pressure cycle testing, testing of insulating glass and safety glazing.

He is an active member of the WDMA and participates in both the Exterior Products Standards Committee (EPSC) and Hallmark Certification Committee (HCC).

The WDMA Annual Technical Conference will be held in Pittsburgh, Pa., at the Renaissance Pittsburgh Hotel from Tuesday, June 17 to Thursday, June 19, 2014. The program comprises of two-and-a-half days of technical sessions, table-top exhibits and networking. Sessions will include reporting about current industry research, trends in manufacturing processes, procedures and emerging product technologies. Breakout sessions will focus on membership- and industry-relevant topics.
