Power Home Remodeling Group™ was named number two on The Philadelphia Inquirer’s “Top Workplaces 2014” list in the midsized company category. This marks the third time Power has received a top five distinction on the “Top Workplaces” list.

Ninety percent of Power’s 451 locally based employees completed a detailed questionnaire about their job, management and work environment. Employees cited the company’s continued rapid growth and national expansion, overall strategic direction, career opportunities, training and positive management as reasons why Power should be named as one of Philadelphia’s top midsized employers.

“I am proud of the unique leadership and training philosophy we have developed here at Power. It is the primary reason we have been successful at finding and retaining incredible talent,” says Power’s CEO Corey Schiller. “Our belief that achievement happens at the intersection of talent, character and tenacity is proven day after day as our employees work together to propel our continued success. We give them the training and tools needed to be their best and they drive us forward toward our goal of becoming the top exterior home remodeler in the country.”
