According to reports from the Chicago Tribune, former Republic Windows and Doors CEO Richard Gillman has pled guilty to one count of theft.

The Chicago Tribune article says that as part of the plea, Gillman will receive four years in prison and a $100,000 fine. With good behavior, he could be released after two years.

Gillman was arrested in September 2009, and charged with fraud by the Cook County Sherriff’s Office. In November 2009, he pleaded not guilty to charges including mail fraud and money laundering. He was accused of stealing $10 million from the company.
