VEKA, Inc. has announced the hire of Jason Wadel as regional sales manager. Based in Waterloo, Ontario, Wadel will manage all sales efforts in eastern Canada for VEKA. He will be tasked with growing the sales revenue and profitability of the region by managing existing customers, securing new business with prospective customers and identifying new business opportunities. Wadel adds extensive experience to the VEKA sales team as well as broad relationships with many VEKA clientele and prospective customers.

“We are very excited to bring Jason on board here at VEKA. We feel his talents, experience, and expertise will be a valuable addition to our sales team, as well as to our customers,” says Jeff Faulk, divisional sales manager for VEKA.

Wadel has spent the last 16 years with Urban Machine Corp. as a sales and technical lead as well as a field service technician early in his career with Urban.

“The technical background that Jason offers is a huge advantage as a profile salesman because of the importance of communicating with production management. Understanding the intricacies between material and machinery when processing our products is key to a quality, finished product,” says Faulk.
