Royal Building Products, a division of Axiall Corp., announced that its Window and Door Profiles manufacturing facilities in Everett, Wash., Delmont, Pa., and Bristol, Tenn., have been “Made in USA®” approved and certified.

Made in USA Certified Inc. completed a rigorous supply chain audit on the Royal plant to ensure its material components and originated and finished goods have been processed in the United States.

“The use of materials that are made in the United States helps ensure consistent production quality,” says Ace Fischer, production manager at the Everett plant. “Profiles brought in from overseas suppliers might not undergo the stringent quality testing that we use to comply with U.S.-mandated guidelines. Past experience has shown that overseas product can lack material quality consistency, making them difficult to punch, weld or bend.”

“We will be very proud to place the ‘Made in USA Certified’ label on our products,” adds Chris Bitsakakis, vice president and general manager of Royal Window and Door Profiles.

Made in USA Certified Co-founder and president Julie Reiser says Royal Building Products has shown an unwavering commitment to manufacture innovative vinyl window and door profiles here in the U.S.

“Royal facilities provide several hundred jobs here in the United States, and their commitment to manufacturing domestically and providing valuable jobs is well appreciated. We are proud to add Royal Building Products to our growing list of Made in USA Certified products.”
