The Lisec Group reported it achieved a 25-percent increase in sales for the calendar year ending December 31, 2011. According to a company statement, “All regions worldwide saw improvements to their business and the company was able to achieve [its] targeted goals for the year.”

According to Lisec, much of this success is attributed to measures taken to streamline the company and adjust to the new market dynamics. Among the measures, the company reorganized the sales department globally, and consolidated its software operations into a new automation group, designed to achieve synergies and leverage expertise within the company.

According to the company, its broad portfolio has the business well positioned for 2012 and increased demands as the world economies slowly emerge from the severe recession. “We continue to [find] new solutions in our approach to the market with a strong focus on high quality products and services,” says Karl Gruber, CEO of Lisec.

Also during 2011 Lisec celebrated its 50-year anniversary. Although the company acknowledges that its’ past achievements are important to its continued success, Lisec officials says they are not relying on these past achievements.

“Innovation will continue to be the most important element of our strategy. We will continue to respond to the industry challenges through additional developments that address the needs of our customers,” adds Gruber.
