Renewal by Andersen of Southern Connecticut in Branford, Conn., announced Hank Betzner as the company’s 2011 Sales Leader of the Year. Since joining Renewal by Andersen ten months ago Betzner surpassed $1 million in orders for energy-efficient replacement windows and patio doors installed in homes and businesses throughout southern Connecticut, according to the announcement, which was made by Stephen Davidson, president.

Betzner, a Hamden High School and 1987 Southern Connecticut State University graduate, said the company’s installation teams are rigorously trained before entering the Andersen workplace: “We get it right the first time, every time. Our customers love us.”

Prior to joining Renewal by Andersen of Southern Connecticut, Betzner worked for Pella, and before entering the replacement window profession, Betzner worked in the insurance industry.



  1. Sales leader sells 1M in 10 months? I should hope so. We have 2 salespeople in our tiny (by comparison) company selling well over $1,000,000 annually in our small market here in Peterborough Canada. We manufacture, sell & install vinyl replacement and new construction windows.

  2. John, “over one million”, also “ten months”, “take a look at the size of southern Ct.”, and the nice thing is people actually get a quality window from me –NOT a Vinyl piece of junk that they will have to replace again in 3 years
