Vinylite Windows, based in Fergus Falls, Minn., is starting the New Year with a rebranding of the company. Effective January 1, 2012, Vinylite became Vector.

“We chose the name Vector to emphasize the precision of our work and the positive direction we’re heading,” said a company press release. “Our new tagline “Builders Know the Difference,” represents our firm belief that builders – those on the front-lines every day – understand the importance of working with a company that understands and responds to their needs. Everything about our new brand has been designed to show we also understand this importance and to communicate our dedication to delivering only the best.”

The statement goes on to describe Vector as a small-town company with a “get-it-done” approach.

The company adds that it has experienced double-digit annual revenue growth while increasing employment by more than 20 percent since 2005. Additionally, the company plans to introduce several new products in early 2012.

Along with the re-branding the company says it has also expanded to serve lumberyards and other building product retailers located in eight states across the Upper Midwest.
