Therma-Tru Doors is expanding its manufacturing operations in the state of Indiana. The company has announced that it will invest $5 million over the next three years to consolidate its manufacturing operations in Butler, Ind. In addition, the company will be upgrading the facility and investing in new machinery and equipment.The Indiana Economic Development Corporation offered Therma-Tru Doors up to $1 million in performance-based tax credits and up to $200,000 in training grants based on the company’s plans to create 150 jobs over the next three years. The city of Butler will provide additional property tax abatement at the request of the DeKalb County Economic Development Partnership.

Currently, the Butler facility has nearly 500 employees.
