The former president of Chicago-based Republic Windows and Doors, Richard Gillman, was arrested last night with charges related to fraud, according to his attorney, Ed Genson of Genson & Gillespie. “It’s basically charges regarding Republic’s failed bankruptcy and allegations that monies were taken,” Genson told DWM magazine today. “They alleged something like a $500,000 fraud.” [...]
