		<description>Did TRACO know who they were dealing with?  It would seem as though they would have had to know something to set up a deal in about 3 months.  Seems like they should be looking at those guys as well.  How can Gillman and his cohorts get away with destroying not only the people of Chicago but the folks of Iowa too?  It just makes no sense that he can get all the charges for the Chicago people but not the Iowa employees, He did violate numerous laws in Iowa as well did he not.  I would think that the State Attorney General for Iowa would be looking at Gillman, TRACO and any of the others as well.</description>
