Streetsboro, Ohio-based Soft-Lite Windows’ director of human resources, Ronwyn Anderson, has been named president of Executive Women International (EWI).
Anderson has been a member of EWI’s Nashville chapter for 13 years. She has worked as Soft-Lite Windows’ director of human resources since 2008. She will now serve as EWI’s president for the 2013-2014 year.
“The personal and professional development I have received in my chapter has given me the leadership skills I will need to help guide our organization in the coming year,” says Anderson. “I am truly honored to be given this opportunity to serve EWI.”
EWI brings together key individuals from diverse businesses for the purpose of promoting member firms, enhancing personal and professional development, and encouraging community involvement. EWI was established in San Francisco in 1938. Today, more than 1,800 companies and 2,300 representatives are members of EWI in 60 chapters located in major cities in the United States and Canada.
