The Riverside Co. has invested in Sunrise Windows, based in Temperance, Mich., and Sunrise president Gary Delman tells DWM magazine he is excited about future growth for the company.
Despite the downturn in the housing and renovation markets during the past several years, Sunrise has grown steadily and continues to capture an increased share of the overall replacement window market, according to a press release from Riverside.
“Sunrise has grown its sales every year since 1995 and has weathered the housing crisis because it is focused on the replacement market. They are a very strong company with great products,” says Riverside partner Tim Gosline.
“Riverside has identified us as a company that can continue to grow for customers through new products, etc.,” adds Delman. “The more we can help our customers grow (and Riverside will provide some of the capital that is always important), the more successful we will be for our company, etc. We have a strong team and we are excited to take company to the next level.
“We’ve done some great things over the last five years and are looking forward to the next five,” adds Delman.
The Riverside Company is a global private equity firm focused on acquiring growing enterprises valued at up to $200 million. Financial terms were not disclosed.
