Quanex Building Products Wins Construction Marketing STAR Award

Quanex Building Products Corp. was recently recognized by the Construction Marketing Association’s (CMA) annual STAR Awards for excellence in marketing. Quanex is the recipient of the 2012 Star Award for Trade Show Exhibit Promotion for efforts surrounding its attendance at last year’s GlassBuild America Expo.

The CMA Star Awards recognize excellence in 16 marketing categories and 81 subcategories including advertising, branding, website design, social media, brochures, catalogs, new product launches, packaging, photography, promotions, publicity, merchandising, trade shows, videos, employee communications and integrated marketing campaigns.

In 2011, the company said it hoped to establish Quanex as the go-to resource for IG components, extrusions and fenestration products, exhibiting for the first time with its full line of integrated companies dedicated to the advancement of the fenestration industry. To show how its business units could help customers drive their businesses forward, Quanex featured innovative product technologies through various displays and multimedia presentations.
