Homeowner Blames Energy-Efficient Windows for Scorched Furniture

The Arizona news site azfamily.com recently ran a report on energy-efficient windows noting that “they are designed to help keep your house a little bit cooler, but it turns out energy-efficient windows can focus the sunlight into a laser beam.” The story details a case where energy-efficient windows reportedly scorched one homeowner’s patio furniture.
