I cannot believe there is not some protection for the consumer like ourselves through a bankruptcy court since Accu Weld is a subsidiary of Hadden Windows who bought the assets of the company. If Hadden is still producing the replacement window for the Accu Weld then someowne should be responsible for honoring the warranty. Does onyone know what attorney handled the case or if we can file a class action suit? I am also an owner of the flawed Accu Weld Windows.. We are now having a problem with one of the windows but our installer says that because accu weld declared bankruptcy we have no warranty. This is a problem and we're not sure what to do.
