GBO Fails to File for Bankruptcy
Oct 17th, 2011 | By DWM Mag | Category: Industry NewsGBO Inc., manufacturer of Bonneville windows and doors, has failed to file a proposal within the provided period for bankruptcy. The company announced back in September that it would file for bankruptcy but has failed to do so.
GBO announced last week that since it no longer meets the TSX Venture Exchange’s continued listing requirements, trading in the securities of the company have been suspended and the company has been reclassified from a Tier 1 to a Tier 2 issuer.
