The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) released the Final Draft Version 6.0 Energy Star Specification for Residential Doors, Windows and Skylights on July 31 and several comment response documents. Since that time, some stakeholders have requested additional time to submit their comments on the final draft criteria, thus EPA is extending the comment period to Friday, September 6, 2013. Comments must be submitted to EPA no later than this date to windows@energystar.gov.
