We bought 8 windows in '04 and over half of them have lost their seal.
We thought we would have a warranty and would like them replaced. Where do we go from here? How do we get help from a lifetime warranty???

We replaced our whole house with Traco windows 4-5 years ago. They also came with the warrenty. Now we have a few that have lost their seal, have cracks on the edge. With these problems the energy savings is not there. We would like to put our home on the market in the near future but know that any home inspector would request them replaced. What do we do to get these replaced under the warrenty?

I bought Traco Windows (Power of Two Series) two years ago and have now sold my house. I advertised a transferable warranty which was the deal when I purchased the windows. I understood that a Richard Gilman purchased our line of windows.
Is there any way to honor this warranty now???? Or, how would I ever get a replacement window?
Thanks for any help.
