Customer Service: Energy Swing Delivers

It’s three customer service awards in a row for Energy Swing Windows in Murrysville, Pa. The company has been named the GuildQuality Customer Service Excellence Award, which is determined by the clients of Energy Swing. More than 50 of the company’s customers were selected at random and by GuildQuality, an independent research company that specializes in the construction industry. Customers were asked to rate Energy Swing on 14 different criteria and it received the highest ratings of any company surveyed.

“Winning awards is great but what is more important to me is the reason we were recognized,” says Steve Rennekamp, president. “Everyone at Energy Swing is focused on delivering value and doing the right thing for the customer before, during and after their experience with Energy Swing.”

“I see customer surveys from thousands of contractors and Energy Swing Windows’ ratings are truly the best I’ve ever seen,” says Jerrod Butler, director of sales and business development for GuildQuality.
