Well that is a nice touch, but since Accu-Weld was a subsiduary of their for years they have effectively wiped thier books clean in regards to the warranties. I too now have issues which will not be covered. I will definitely not support Haddon and do everything in my power to ensure everyone is aware not to do business with Haddon.

That's nice that they have acquired Accu-Weld. Now can you tell me why they didn't acquire the warranties on all the windows that were sold and installed. Now the costumers have to suffer with poor products. We had our windows installed and then about a year or so later the inside of our bow window cracked. Accu-weld came out and replaced the cracked pane of glass. Good faith on their part. However, the person who replaced it must not have sealed it properly because now we are stuck with a window that water must have gotten in, due to a problem with the window not being sealed properly. We called and found out that Accu-weld had been sold and the new company is not honoring our warranty. They want us to pay for service on a window that was not properly installed and fixed in the first place.
