Grenier has 32 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Mariner, he was chief investment officer of Scout Investments, where he was directly responsible for the Scout Investments Global Equity investment process.

He was also named BusinessWeek’s 2005 Stock Market Strategist of the Year and has appeared on Bloomberg Television, CNBC and CNBC Worldwide. He has also been featured in multiple financial publications such as Barron’s, The Wall Street Journal and BusinessWeek discussing his views on the U.S. economy.

Talmon has 29 years of experience in the home improvement industry.  He will present ideas and best practices that are making the differences in growing and profitable organizations.  He is known for taking the complex and making it simple.  He believes “there’s never a bad day for a good idea” and brings both depth and humor to all his presentations. Many good ideas are assured from his presentation.

After 24 years as one of the founders of one of the midwest’s largest specialty home improvement company’s, Talmon joined Dave Yoho Associates, the oldest and most prestigious consulting firm working with the home improvement industry.  Joe works for small, medium, and large size home improvement companies, as well as manufacturers and distributers, developing successful strategies for growth and profits.
