Jordan, Knauff & Co. to Hold Spring 2008 Industry Update on May 15

Jordan, Knauff & Co., an investment bank in Chicago, will hold its Spring 2008 Window & Door Industry Update webinar this Thursday, May 15, at 2 p.m. Eastern time. The interactive online presentation will last roughly one hour, followed by a brief period for questions from attendees.

Presenter Michael Collins, who authors a DWM column, plans to cover a variety of topics, such as an update of the firm’s research into competition from Chinese companies, including a comparison of the rate of growth of door and window imports with imports of other building products, a review of statistics regarding recent door and window transactions and plant expansions and the outlook for continued activity in the industry.  Collins also plans to cover the significant trends driving the market for doors, windows, skylights, overhead doors, sunrooms and other fenestration products.  In closing, he will outline his short-term and long-term view of the door and window industry segment.
