Sika Makes Management Changes

The board of directors of Sika Corp. has announced that William Loven will serve as regional manager for North America as well as president and chief executive officer of Sika Corp. USA. According to Sika, Loven, who joined the company in 2000, has reorganized the division and grown the business while bringing new technologies into the company's product line.

Enrico Tissi, who held these positions for the last eight years, has elected to step down by the end of 2004. He will continue to serve the company as vice chair of the board of directors for the U.S. subsidiary.
